Our mission is to consistently provide high quality, personalized health care that is patient-oriented, recognizing this care should encompass the total physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient in both curative and preventive aspects.

We believe healthcare should also focus on family systems, prevention, and wellness by utilizing the biopsychosocial model and cost-effective use of resources. It should be provided in a friendly, positive, prevention-driven way through the development of consistent, on-going, and ethical relationships between the health professional and the patient.

Our goal is to provide high quality care to our patients of all ages — from newborns to those over 100+ years old — and customize our care to each patient.

We provide preventive care including well-child and well-care visits for adults with immunizations and screening tests as indicated for these different ages. This preventive care also focuses on contraception, menopause, & low testosterone replacement.

We also provide care for “acute illnesses and injuries” such as:

• Colds
• Stomach illnesses
• Bladder and prostate infections
• Sprains and strains
• Skin lesions (including biopsy and removal)
• And many other illnesses

We believe in partnering with our patients to help them best manage their long term medical conditions such as allergies, asthma, hypertension, high cholesterol and diabetes.
