Biography

I have worked for 16+yrs in the University setting with college mental health, then in private practice, in the public sector the Department of Veterans' Affairs and most recently in community mental health in Fayetteville, GA. I treat adults with a variety of mental health diagnoses and I like to incorporate a lot of education into my sessions. I think it is important to address how diet, exercise can impact the treatment plan. I use motivational techniques to improve patients' lifestyles and daily habits. I enjoy traveling, reading, cooking, exercising and spending time with my family.
