Our purpose is to rekindle the patient-doctor primary care relationship and partner with individuals to evaluate, diagnose, and treat ailments in a manner that promotes the holistic well being of the mind, body, and spirit.

Our Mission at Dobbs Family Health and Wellness Center is to partner with patients and give them the tools and motivation necessary to live their best lives through appropriate education, treatment and preventive health care strategies. We recognize that for the body to be fully healed the mind and spirit must be aligned. As such we want to get to know you as though you were a part of our family. TaKendria Powell

I am a healthcare professional with 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, patient care, and physician liaison. After receiving my Medical Assistant Diploma in 2002, I worked as a Medical Assistant for 13 years in multiple areas of healthcare; providing administrative, clinical, and operational support. In 2015, I received my Bachelors of Science degree in Integrative Studies with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Clayton State University. My passion for the quality of patient care and patient satisfaction keeps me striving to make a difference in today's ever changing healthcare industry. My educational background and work experience has given me a solid understanding and working knowledge in providing quality service and care.
