If you are currently experiencing /experienced flu / cold like symptoms or experienced any of the following symptoms or believe you might have been exposed to COVID-19, please contact our office instead of making an appointment.

Due to COVID-19 we are only allowing the patient to come in to the office, unless patient is a minor in which case we will allow one parent/guardian with minor or if patient requires physical assistance.
