Biography
Dr. Covarrubias began his medical career in Guadalajara, Mexico where he practiced pediatrics until he returned to his hometown of Takoma Park, Maryland. After completing a Family Medicine Residency at PG Hospital Center, he established his practice in Silver Spring where he has been serving the community ever since. Dr. Covarrubias is passionate about medicine and works closely with his patients to help them achieve their optimal health.
In his free time, he enjoys cycling, directing choral groups, singing and supporting the local sports teams, especially the Washington Redskins.
