Occupation

REGISTERED DIETITIAN

I believe in holding empathy, fostering encouragement, and tactfully providing education. Acknowledgement can be a powerful first step to creating change, as our daily behaviors are often a reflection of our lived experiences. I share important concepts of health to empower clients with the knowledge needed to more internally guide their behavior change and increase collaboration. The age old saying "meet people where they are, but don't leave them there" is the basis of my approach. I'm passionate about helping people create a sustainable lifestyle and build a positive relationship with food!
