Dr. Shukla enjoys going to sporting events (especially football and baseball), reading and spending quality time with his 2 daughters and wife. He collects sports memorabilia as well.

Biography

Dr. Prashant Shukla is a compassionate General Internist who specializes in outpatient Adult Medicine. As the owner of Bayside Internal Medicine, he strives to have an office that can provide all patients with up to date quality medical care in a modern office setting.

Dr. Shukla completed his undergraduate degree in Biology from the American University in Washington, DC and received his medical degree from the Pennsylvania State Milton S. Hershey College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania in 1993. He then finished his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Maryland in 1996 where he received the honor of being voted the Outstanding Senior Resident. After working for Helixcare and Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, he started Bayside Internal Medicine in 2002. He enjoys being a Primary Care Physician in Harford County and strives to keep the practice involved in the community. The practice has tried to maintain a high level of service and state of the art primary care.
