Bay West Endocrinology Associates has partnered with Phreesia Healthcare company. A software system to help streamline patient intake for both check in and patient medical care. Our patients will receive a notification prior to their visits to confirm and pre-register with their providers. Please take a moment to confirm your upcoming appointment and complete this pre-registration process PRIOR to arriving at your visit. If at any time you have any questions or need assistance, please notify our staff by calling 410-828-7417. If you receive a text from PHREESIA, you can respond during the hours of 8-4:30pm. Your provider and our staff greatly appreciate your cooperation as we go forward with improving our services offered to patients to better help with patient care.
