First, I hope you and your family are doing well.

I am writing you this letter today to inform you that I will be leaving Bay West Endocrinology on March 18, 2025 due to personal reasons.

I will continue to see any scheduled patients until the last day, and provide any necessary medical care as usual until that date. If you have an appointment after this date, you will be rescheduled by our office with either one of our other doctors, nurse practitioners or physician assistants.
