Biography

Dr. Chaker attended medical school at Howard University College of Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine residency at West Virginia University School of Medicine/Ruby Memorial Hospital. She recently completed her Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship training at West Virginia University School of Medicine/West Virginia University Heart & Vascular Center. Her commitment and passion to her work and patients were recognized early in her fellowship where she was awarded Outstanding Fellow of the year and served as Chief Cardiology fellow. Moreover, she has contributed to numerous research projects leading to several publications in prestigious journals including; JACC Clinical Electrophysiology, JAHA, American Journal of Cardiology, Structural Heart, and Mayo Clinic Proceedings.
