Providing evidence-based, comprehensive care to children, adolescents, and adult/geriatric patients in a primary care family practice setting. Services include management of hypertension, diabetes, coumadin management, depression, anxiety, migraine headaches, asthma, COPD, hypothyroidism, contraception, testosterone replacement therapy, non-opioid pain management, weight loss management, pediatric/adult wellness exams, well woman exams, Medicare wellness exams. Simple office procedures include pelvic/breast exam, shoulder and knee bursa steroid injection, trigger finger steroid injection, abscess incision and drainage, simple wound care, simple skin biopsy, skin tag removal, cryotherapy, ingrown toenail removal, cyst aspiration, simple suturing, staples/suture removal.
